Educational Pilot Call

‎4th Call for NFDI4Earth Educational Pilots

The EduTrain team is thrilled to announce its third call for Educational Pilots, providing funding for the ‎ development of Open Educational Resources (OER) and organizing educational events that are specifically tailored for the Earth System ‎Sciences (ESS) community.‎

We have a strong interest in pushing the boundaries of Earth system science content, particularly in ‎areas that employ advanced analytical techniques such as time series analysis and innovative deep ‎learning methodologies. Furthermore, we warmly welcome and encourage applicants to propose ‎their own unique topics within Earth System Data Science or Earth System Data Management that ‎may be currently overlooked in existing OER (D1.3.1). Please note that this call excludes generic ‎research data management and open science topics as well as teaching guidelines.‎
Resources and events that meet the needs of our core users is of great ‎importance. Our main users are Master's students, early to senior scientists, and professors in the ‎field. As such, the proposals should be suitable for advanced learners.

The suggested service and a ‎‎concise report (not exceeding four pages)‎ detailing ‎the services should be submitted by ‎the end of ‎‎the year 2025. ‎

  2. State-of-the-art content ‎
